after hours is an 8-week incubator for builders ready to go from self-doubt → startup.
if you've been meaning to start something but haven't taken the leap, if you've been building things for a while and are itching to build again, tired of consuming and ready to create, willing to show up every week and put the work in — we want you here.
use this summer to bend reality to your delusion.
what you get
a dedicated build space every weekend
weekday access to the shard to build during the week
a tight cohort of people with the same fire as you
a dedicated mentor for your team across the 8 weeks
weekly sessions with founders who've actually done it before
consistent, real feedback on what you're building
a clear path from idea to something you can show
you'll probably question what you're doing at least once. but you'll know you gave it everything. with something you can point to and say: i did that.
how it works
you commit to weekends spanning:
week 1–2: explore ideas, find a team, validate fast
week 3–6: build, ship, iterate
week 7–8: refine, prepare, and get ready to present
from 1st july till 19th august
at the end, you'll pitch at demo day to a room of investors, operators, and builders.
for the strongest team:
a week in San Francisco
exposure to people from YC, a16z, EF, HF0 and more
fast-track interviews for the Residency Programme
this is not for you if:
you need constant hand-holding or permission to act
you cannot commit to building with focus and consistency
you're a spectator and would rather watch than do
location
london. all sessions are in person.
cost
free. no fees. no equity taken.
travel
we believe access shouldn't be a barrier to building, so we'll support travel from those coming from outside london.
